Happy Saturday Data Collectors!

I hope you are all enjoying the weekend.

For a while now, I’ve been building something intentionally and quietly and boy oh boy has the executive freeze been showing up due to the need to perfect-ify everything. Sigh….

I know I know…

Anywho….What I’ve been building is a learning playground called The Nervous System Playground a space designed for people who want to understand how change actually happens in the body and brain, not just why they feel the way they do. This space exists because insight alone does not create nervous system change. Understanding your trauma, your attachment style, or your burnout pattern can be helpful, but it does not automatically rewire the body. Integration happens through experience, repetition, and safety not explanation.

Most people today are incredibly self-aware. They can name their patterns, their diagnoses, their family dynamics, and even the language of nervous system regulation. And yet, they still feel stuck, overwhelmed, reactive, or exhausted. That’s because the nervous system doesn’t change through insight alone. It changes through small, repeated experiences that teach the body something new. Without those lived experiences, awareness becomes another cognitive loop instead of a pathway to regulation.

This space is designed to bridge that gap between knowing and embodying.

The Neuroscience Behind This Work

Your brain is always learning, but not in the way we’re taught to think about learning. It learns through pattern recognition and repetition. When stress is chronic, the brain starts wiring dopamine to urgency, intensity, and external stimulation. Regulation can begin to feel boring, unsafe, or inaccessible. Over time, the nervous system adapts to expect pressure, chaos, or depletion. Even when life slows down, the body doesn’t trust it. This community is built to work with neuroplasticity, not against it, using small, embodied practices that gradually retrain safety, reward, and agency without overwhelming the system.

What This Space Actually Practices

This is not a performance space or a motivational container. I show up as true Sav here, not my license just my being. It is a place to experiment, observe, and collect data from your own nervous system.

We work with bottom-up regulation, meaning the body leads and the mind follows. We focus on dopamine recalibration through earned, embodied reward rather than spikes. We build interoception the ability to accurately sense what is happening inside you, because that skill is foundational to regulation, boundaries, and emotional clarity.

The goal is not perfection. The goal is consistency without collapse.

Sanctuary Members

This space isn’t meant to be dropped into randomly or consumed passively. Sanctuary members have already chosen depth, nuance, and responsibility in how they engage with this work. Because of that, they are receiving early access. I open the doors to this paid community on valentines day but, Sanctuary members get early access starting today.

This phase allows the nervous system of the space itself to settle, develop norms, and grow in a regulated way before opening the doors more widely. Sanctuary members are not just early participants they are co-builders. I am extremely grateful for all who have joined so early on to support me and the work I do.

I am so so grateful my little Cancer ♋️ Heart can explode in tears of joy and gratitude for the support I am getting from everyone.

Now, How to Use This Space

There is no pressure to post constantly or perform insight. This is gamified and you earn XP points for engagement and participation. BUT… With that said Lurking counts. Observing counts. Small actions count. This is not about doing it “right.” It is about doing it honestly and consistently. You do not need a breakthrough to belong here. You need repetition, curiosity, and willingness to notice what actually works for you. My hope is that everyone who joins this sanctuary corner can be themselves, take the mask off, and step into embodiment while being witness through a collective that is there for the same purpose.

I hope to build community, fun, laughs, and most importantly, exposure therapy practice through behavioral change. What better way than to have this community.

I will also be hosting a private community for clinicians called The Safety To Practice. I did not forget about those of you on the waitlist to work with me. At this time I am building out this community and it will include 1 live Consultation zoom meet a month included in the membership price as well as provide a safe place to debrief, case consult, and support each other as professionals.

To join the waitlist for that community and receive updates to pricing tiers please join the waitlist below. Understand this will eventually turn into a supervision track for those linseed in the States of Texas, Alabama, and Soon California. CEU eligibility will also be available later on as our community corner grows! I am being very intentional with this community as anything with licensure, clinical information and HIPPA is to be handled with care.

I will pick up the pace with launching this. I know many of you have been waiting since I started with my public platform. 🥹🫶🏽

But Wait.. There’s More!

I am also releasing a FREE community channel called Chasing Dopamine and Leave it Here

Why I’m Creating a Free Community Space

I’m intentionally creating parts of this community to be free because nervous system regulation should not require performance, visibility, or an audience. A lot of people are curious, reflective, and self-aware but feel unsafe or overwhelmed engaging publicly on platforms like TikTok or Instagram. The pace is fast, the tone is reactive, and the cost of being misunderstood can feel high.

This free community exists as a regulated middle ground. A place to observe, participate at your own pace, and experiment with nervous-system-informed practices without the pressure to perform, brand yourself, or defend your experience. It’s designed for people who want to learn how their mind and body work quietly, honestly, and collectively.

The goal here isn’t consumption. It’s participation without feeling overly exposed in the way social media can cause.

Chasing Milligrams

The Chasing Milligrams channel is a psychoeducational and experiential space focused on nervous system regulation through small, repeatable shifts rather than intensity or overwhelm.

Many people have nervous systems trained by stress, trauma, or burnout to believe that change has to be dramatic to matter. In reality, the brain rewires through milligrams — tiny, embodied experiences that signal safety, agency, and relief. This channel exists to retrain that process.

Here, we focus on noticing subtle changes in the body, tracking micro-moments of regulation, and learning how dopamine and reward pathways can be rebuilt through consistency rather than pressure. It’s a space to practice awareness, not performance and to learn what actually supports your nervous system instead of what you’ve been told should.

This is where experimentation happens, quietly and collectively.

Leave It Here

The Leave It Here channel exists as a containment space.

It’s a place to put things down thoughts, emotions, experiences — without needing to resolve them, analyze them, or turn them into content. Many people carry unprocessed mental and emotional load simply because there’s nowhere appropriate to set it down.

This channel is designed to support emotional offloading without spiraling, co-regulation without fixing, and expression without escalation. The focus is on release, not reaction allowing the nervous system to experience completion instead of accumulation.

You don’t have to carry everything alone, and you don’t have to carry it forever.

What You’ll Find in Leave It Here

This channel exists as a space to be witnessed and held without expectation, fixing, or performance. Sometimes what the nervous system needs most is not resolution, advice, or insight, but the experience of being seen while carrying something heavy. Leave It Here is designed to help release internal pressure. Many of us are walking around like emotional pressure cookers, holding thoughts, grief, resentment, fear, or exhaustion with nowhere safe to put them. This channel gives you a place to set something down so your system can experience a little relief.

The intention here is not to receive answers. It’s to practice letting go of the expectation that something must be done with what you’re carrying. Sometimes it’s enough to release it into a space where others can witness it and say, “You’re not alone in this.” This channel is about collective holding. As we witness each other’s experiences, we start to recognize how similar our wounds, aches, and struggles actually are. That shared recognition can be deeply regulating reminding the nervous system that it doesn’t have to carry everything in isolation.

Support here comes through presence, resonance, and quiet solidarity. We hold space for each other not to fix, but to remind one another that we’re all moving through something and that none of us are doing it alone.

Whew… Okay, that was a Costco style amount of information but I am so excited to be launching this for space for us all. As nervous as this makes me due to my own brain wanting to skip to the future and worry about unknown factors. I just got to rip this bandaid off and start. 🫣😅

Feel free to leave a comment with any questions or concerns.

I will see you all on the other side.
